حَدَّثَنَا أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن محمد بن يحيى، حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن سليمان بن فارس، حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن إسماعيل البُخاري، حَدَّثَنَا عبد الرحمن بن شَيْبة، حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم بن محمد بن أبي بكر، عن موسى بن عُقْبة قال: ما نَعلمُ في الإسلام أربعًة أدركوا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ الآباءَ مع الأبناءِ إلَّا أبو قُحافةَ وأبو بكرٍ وعبدُ الرحمن بن أبي بكر وأبو عَتِيق محمدُ بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر (2). ذكرُ مناقب المُهاجِر بن قُنفُذ ﵁ -
Mention of the virtues of Sayyiduna Abu Atiq Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with them). It is narrated from Musa bin Uqbah that he said: We do not know in Islam of four generations who met the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (as Companions), that is, fathers along with sons (and then their children), except Abu Quhafah, Abu Bakr, Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr and Abu Atiq Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them).
