كَانَ أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ مِنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ
Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) was among the jurists of the Companions

حَدَّثَنَا عليُّ بن عيسى، حَدَّثَنَا أحمد بن نَجْدة، حَدَّثَنَا يحيى بن عبد الحميد، حَدَّثَنَا قيس بن الرَّبيع، عن عاصم، عن شَقيق بن سَلَمة قال: خَطَبَنا أبو موسى الأشعريُّ فقال: والله لَئِنْ أطعتُم الله باديًا، وعبدَ الله بنَ قيسٍ ثانيًا، لأَحمِلنَّكم على الطريقة (2).
It is narrated from Shaqiq bin Salamah that Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) addressed us in a sermon and said: "By Allah! If you obey Allah first, and heed Abdullah bin Qays (that is, me) second, I will lead you along the straight path."

(2) إسناده ضعيف، تفرَّد به يحيى بن عبد الحميد - وهو الحماني - عن قيس بن الربيع، وفيهما ضعفٌ. عاصم: هو ابن سليمان الأحول.
Grading: Its chain is weak; Yahya bin Abd al-Hamid al-Himmani is alone in narrating it, from his teacher Qays bin al-Rabi', and both of them together make the chain weak, since there is criticism of both.
Important point: 'Asim refers to 'Asim bin Sulayman al-Ahwal.
وهذا الأثر لم أجد من خرَّجه غير المصنِّف، والله تعالى أعلم.
Note / Clarification: I have not found this athar in the takhrij of anyone other than the author (al-Hakim). And Allah knows best.
