Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 5910

It is narrated from Urwah bin al-Zubayr, in his listing of those from Banu Haram bin Ka'b who gave the pledge of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at the Pledge of Aqabah, that Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Amr bin al-Jamuh (may Allah be pleased with him) was among them.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Reference / Source: Al-Bayhaqi narrated it in "al-Dala'il" (2/454) through the route of Ya'qub bin Sufyan, from Hassan bin Abd Allah, from Ibn Lahi'ah, with this chain. He mentioned part of the second pledge of al-Aqabah, then said: "Then he mentioned the names of those who pledged allegiance to him." Thus he left out their mention, and referred to the narration of Ibn Ishaq (2/456), in which he mentioned Mu'adh bin Amr bin al-Jamuh among those who pledged allegiance.
