(4). Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr bin al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from his father that on the day of the Battle of Uhud the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was wearing two coats of mail. He (peace and blessings be upon him) tried to climb onto a rock but could not (because of the weight), so Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) crouched beneath him (as a step) until he (peace and blessings be upon him) stood upright on the rock. Sayyiduna al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Awjaba (Talhah has made Paradise obligatory for himself)."

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Note / Clarification: (3) In manuscripts (Z), (S) and (M) it is "dir'ayn"; the standard reading is what we have established from the other sources of the report's takhrij.
Grading: (4) Its chain is hasan on account of Muhammad bin Ishaq (Ibn Yasar al-Muttalibi). Technical note / Defect ('illah): He explicitly stated that he heard it (sama') in his repeated narration that passed at number (4358). Reference / Source: And this agrees with the narration of al-Bayhaqi in "al-Sunan al-Kubra" 9/ 46 and "Dala'il al-Nubuwwah" 3/ 238, which he narrated from Abu 'Abd Allah al-Hakim with this very chain. Note / Clarification: See the (narration) after it.
