حَدَّثَناهُ أبو بكر بن بالَوَيهِ، حَدَّثَنَا محمد بن أحمد بن النَّضْر، حَدَّثَنَا معاوية بن عمرو، حَدَّثَنَا زائدة، عن عاصم، عن زِرٍّ، عن عبد الله (2).

Asim narrates from Zirr, and he from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him), similar to the previous hadith (about the seven people who were first to accept Islam).

(2) إسناده حسن من أجل عاصم: وهو ابن أبي النَّجُود. وقد تقدَّم برقم (5321) من طريق الحُسين بن علي الجُعْفي عن زائدة.
Grading: (2) Its chain is "hasan" on account of 'Asim (Ibn Abi al-Nujud).
