اسْتُشْهِدَ حَمْزَةُ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْبَعٍ وَخَمْسِينَ سَنَةً

أخبرنا أبو جعفر البغدادي، حدثنا أبو عُلَاثة، حدثني أبي، حدثنا ابن لَهِيعة، عن أبي الأسود، عن عُزوة، في تسمية من شهد بدرًا: رسول الله ﷺ، حمزةُ بن عبد المطلب، وقُتِلَ يومَ أُحُدٍ وهو ابن أربعٍ وخَمسين (3).

It is narrated from Urwah that among those who took part in the Battle of Badr were the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and Hamzah bin Abd al-Muttalib, and Hamzah was martyred at the Battle of Uhud when he was fifty-four years old.
