Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 4822

(1) إسناده ضعيف لضعف عبد الله بن المؤمل، وللاختلاف عليه كذلك، فقد رُوي عنه على وجوه فمرةً يرويه عن ابن أبي مليكة عن عائشة كما في إسناد المصنّف هنا، ومرة يرويه عن أبي الزُّبَير عن جابر كما في الرواية التالية عند المصنَّف، ومرةً يزيد فيه بينه وبين ابن أبي مليكة رجلًا سماه أبا أيوب، ومرة يرويه عن أبي الزبير مرسلًا لا يذكر فيه جابرًا. ابن أبي مليكة: هو عبد الله بن عُبيد الله.
Grading: (1) Its chain is weak because of the "weakness" of 'Abd Allah bin al-Mu'ammal and the "disagreement" over his narration.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): It is narrated from him in several ways: sometimes he narrates it from Ibn Abi Mulaykah from 'A'ishah (as in the author's chain here); sometimes from Abu al-Zubayr from Jabir (as in the next narration); sometimes he adds a person named "Abu Ayyub" between himself and Ibn Abi Mulaykah; and sometimes he narrates it from Abu al-Zubayr in "mursal" form, without mentioning Jabir. Ibn Abi Mulaykah: he is "'Abd Allah bin 'Ubayd Allah".
وهو عند المصنف في "فضائل فاطمة" (8) و (88).

وأخرجه أيضًا (89) من طريق الفضل بن الشَّعراني، عن أحمد بن حنبل، عن موسى بن داود، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: And he recorded it in (89) via al-Fadl bin al-Sha'rani, from Ahmad bin Hanbal, from Musa bin Dawud, with this same chain.
وأخرجه ابن عساكر 3/ 158 من طريق حنبل بن إسحاق، عن أحمد بن حنبل، عن موسى بن داود، عن عبد الله بن المؤمل، عن أبي أيوب، عن ابن أبي مليكة، عن عائشة.
Reference / Source: And Ibn 'Asakir [3/ 158] narrated it via Hanbal bin Ishaq, from Ahmad bin Hanbal, from Musa bin Dawud, from 'Abd Allah bin al-Mu'ammal, from Abu Ayyub, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from 'A'ishah.
وفي الرواة عن ابن أبي مليكة رجل اسمه سليمان بن داود القرشي ويكنى بأبي أيوب وكان ثقة جليلًا، فلعله يكون هو.
Technical note / Narrator: Among those who narrate from Ibn Abi Mulaykah is a man named "Sulayman bin Dawud al-Qurashi", whose kunyah is "Abu Ayyub", and he was a highly esteemed thiqah (trustworthy narrator); perhaps it is he.
وسيأتي بعده من طرق عن عبد الله بن المؤمل عن أبي الزبير عن جابر.
Note / Clarification: And it will come shortly through various routes from 'Abd Allah bin al-Mu'ammal, "from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir".
وما روي عن عائشة برقم (4817) و (4818) من أن مدة ما بين وفاة النبي ﷺ ووفاة ابنته فاطمة كانت ستة أشهر هو الصحيح عن عائشة.
Important point: And what is narrated from 'A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) under nos. (4817) and (4818), that the period between the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the death of his daughter Fatimah was "six months", is what is authentically established from 'A'ishah.
