It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to the house of Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: "I, you, this sleeping one (that is, Ali) and these two (that is, Hasan and Husayn) will be in one place on the Day of Resurrection."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: Its chain is "hasan", if Allah wills. Technical note / Defect ('illah): This is on account of Kathir bin Yahya (known as Sahib al-Basri) and Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Ziyad (also called Ibn Ziyad), the client of Banu Hashim. Reference / Source: It is with the author in "Fada'il Fatimah al-Zahra'" (202), and by way of him Ibn 'Asakir recorded it in "Tarikh Dimashq" (13/ 224) from Muhammad bin Salih bin Hani', from al-Fadl bin Muhammad al-Sha'rani, from Kathir bin Yahya, with this chain. He paired Sa'id bin Abd al-Karim bin Salit with Abu 'Awanah. Reference / Source: Al-Tabarani recorded it in "al-Kabir" (22/ 1016) from Muhammad bin Hayyan al-Mazini, from Kathir bin Yahya, with it. He too paired Sa'id bin Abd al-Karim with Abu 'Awanah in his narration. Reference / Source: Ibn 'Asakir (14/ 164) recorded it by way of Ali bin 'Abis, from Abu al-Jahhaf Dawud bin Abi 'Awf, with it. Grading: The imams declared Ali bin 'Abis weak, but Ibn 'Adi said: "Despite his weakness, his hadith is to be written down", and al-Daraqutni said: "He may be used for corroboration (i'tibar)." Corroborating chains and supporting reports: In this chapter there is a narration from Ali bin Abi Talib with the same wording in Ahmad (2/ 792) and elsewhere, and its chain is "weak".
