أخبرني أبو بكر الشافعي، حدثنا إسماعيل بن إسحاق، حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا وُهَيب، عن داود بن أبي هند، عن الشَّعْبي في قوله ﷿: ﴿وَلَقَدْ كَتَبْنَا فِي الزَّبُورِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الذِّكْرِ﴾ قال: في زَبُور داود مِن بعد ذِكْرِ موسى ﴿أَنَّ الْأَرْضَ يَرِثُهَا عِبَادِيَ الصَّالِحُونَ﴾ [الأنبياء: 105] قال: الجنةُ (1). ذكر نبيِّ الله سليمان بن داود وما آتاه الله من المُلك صلى الله عليه

It is narrated from Imam al-Sha'bi concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "And We have already written in the Zabur after the Reminder", that he said: "This means in the Zabur of Dawud (peace be upon him), after the mention of Musa (peace be upon him) (the Torah)." Then concerning "that the earth will be inherited by My righteous servants" [Surah al-Anbiya: 105] he said: "This means Paradise." (From here) begins the account of the Prophet of Allah Sulayman bin Dawud (peace be upon them both) and the kingship that Allah granted him.

(1) رجاله ثقات. وُهَيب: هو ابن خالد، والشَّعْبي: هو عامر بن شراحيل.
Grading: Its narrators are thiqah (trustworthy). (Narrators): Wuhayb is Ibn Khalid, and al-Sha'bi is 'Amir bin Sharahil.
وأخرجه ابن أبي شَيْبة 10/ 555، والطبري في "تفسيره" 17/ 103 و 104، والطحاوي في "شرح مشكل الآثار" 14/ 298 من طريقين عن داود بن أبي هند، به.
Reference / Source: It was recorded by Ibn Abi Shaybah 10/ 555, al-Tabari in his "Tafsir" 17/ 103 and 104, and al-Tahawi in "Sharh Mushkil al-Athar" 14/ 298, through two routes from Dawud bin Abi Hind, with it.
