حَدَّثَنَا أبو العبَّاس محمد بن يعقوب، حَدَّثَنَا العبَّاس بن محمد الدُّوري، حَدَّثَنَا أبو يحيى الحِمَّاني، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْر أبو عمر الخزَّاز، عن عِكْرمة، عن ابن عبّاس قال: كان بين دعوة نوحٍ وبين هلاكِ قوم نوحٍ ثلاثُ مئة سنة، وكان فارَ التَّنُّورُ بالهند، وطافت سفينةُ نوحٍ بالبيت أُسبوعًا (1). صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that between the supplication of Sayyiduna Nuh (peace be upon him) (against his people) and the destruction of the people of Nuh there was a period of three hundred years; (at the time of the flood) the oven gushed forth in the land of India; and the ark of Nuh (peace be upon him) circled the House of Allah (the Ka'bah) for a week (seven times).
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.
