حدثنا أبو بكر أحمد بن سلمان بن الحسن الفقيه إملاءً، حدثنا أبو داود سليمان بن الأشعث، حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن أبي حازم، عن أبيه، عن ابن عمر، عن النبي ﷺ قال: "القَدَريَّة مَجُوسُ هذه الأُمَّة، إن مَرِضُوا فلا تَعُودُوهم، وإن ماتوا فلا تَشْهَدُوهم" (3).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين إن صحَّ سماعُ أبي حازم من ابن عمر، ولم يُخرجاه. وشاهدُه:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Qadariyyah (those who deny divine decree) are the Magians of this Ummah. If they fall ill, do not visit them, and if they die, do not attend their funerals."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) if Abu Hazim's hearing from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) is established, but they did not record it.

(3) إسناده ضعيف لانقطاعه، أبو حازم - وهو سلمة بن دينار - لم يسمع من ابن عمر، وبهذا أعلَّه المنذري في "مختصر سنن أبي داود" 7/ 58. ¤ ¤ والحديث في "سنن أبي داود" برقم (4691). وانظر التعليق على "مسند أحمد" 9/ (5584).
Grading: The chain is weak because of a break (inqita').
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Abu Hazim (Salamah bin Dinar) did not hear from Ibn Umar, and for this reason al-Mundhiri declared it defective (mu'allal) in "Mukhtasar Sunan Abi Dawud" (7/58).
