حدثنا محمد بن صالح بن هانئ ومحمد بن القاسم العَتَكي، قالا: حدثنا السَّرِيّ بن خُزيمة، حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا حماد بن سَلَمة، عن حُميد، عن أنس، أنَّ النبيَّ ﷺ قال: "جاهِدُوا المشرِكينَ بأموالِكُم وأنفُسِكم وألسِنَتِكُم" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wage jihad against the polytheists with your wealth, your lives and your tongues."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

(1) إسناده صحيح. حميد: هو ابن أبي حميد الطويل.
Grading: Its chain is sahih. Humayd is Humayd al-Tawil.
وأخرجه أبو داود (2504) عن موسى بن إسماعيل، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Abu Dawud (2504) narrated it with this same chain from Musa bin Isma'il.
وأخرجه أحمد 19/ (12246) و 20/ (12555) و 21/ (13638)، والنسائي في "الكبرى" (4289)، وفي "المجتبى" (3192) من طرق عن حماد بن سلمة، به.
