It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Muslim has four rights over another Muslim: to accept his invitation when he invites him, to visit him when he is ill, to respond to him when he sneezes, and to accompany his funeral when he dies."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs, but they did not record it with these words; they recorded it through the narration of al-Awza'i from al-Zuhri with the words: "The Muslim has five rights over the Muslim."
