It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked a Bedouin: "Have you ever been struck by Umm Mildam (fever)?" He asked: What is Umm Mildam? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is a heat that lies between the skin and the flesh." He said: I have never experienced anything like that. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Have you ever had al-suda' (a headache)?" He asked: What is al-suda'? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is a vein that throbs in a person's head." He said: I have never had this either. When the man turned his back and left, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever would like to see what a man of the people of Hell is like, let him look at this man."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Muslim, but the two Shaykhs did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Grading: (1) The chain is hasan because of Muhammad bin 'Amr bin 'Alqamah. Sa'id bin 'Amir refers to al-Duba'i. Reference / Source: Ahmad (14/8395), al-Nasa'i (7449) and Ibn Hibban (2916) narrated it via routes from Muhammad bin 'Amr. Reference / Source: Ahmad (14/8794) narrated it via the chain of Abu Ma'shar from Sa'id al-Maqburi from Abu Hurayrah. Grading: This chain is weak because of the weakness of Abu Ma'shar (Najih bin 'Abd al-Rahman). (Clarification): His (peace and blessings be upon him) saying, "Whoever wishes to see a man of the people of the Fire, let him look at this man" (who had never fallen ill): according to Ibn Hibban this is in fact a stern warning to deter people from lacking patience with illnesses and sorrows; it by no means signifies that whoever remained healthy in this world is necessarily of the people of the Fire.
