[التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] ترقيم العلميه 1101 - على شرطهما
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that on the day of Eid al-Fitr the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would go out (to the Eid prayer ground) and lead those two rak'ahs of Eid, then give the salam, then stand up and face the people while they were seated (in their places), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) would say: "Give charity, give charity." The narrator says: Those who gave the most charity were the women, who (offered in the way of Allah) earrings and rings.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it!
