It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once two slaves fought with each other, one of whom belonged to a Muhajir and the other to an Ansari. The Muhajir called out to the Muhajirin and the Ansari called out to the Ansar for help. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out upon hearing these calls and said: "What are these cries of ignorance?" The people replied: "By Allah! There is nothing like that, but both slaves pushed each other." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no harm in this. A person should help his brother whether he is an oppressor or oppressed. If he is an oppressor, then stop him from oppression, that is his help; and if he is oppressed, then help him."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to it and embraced it, and then it became silent.

It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in prayer in Madinah Munawwarah on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah. Some people had already performed the sacrifice, thinking that perhaps the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had already offered his sacrifice. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to know of this, he ordered that whoever had performed the sacrifice earlier should offer the sacrifice again, and that no one should perform the sacrifice before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has done so.

Then he said: May Allah curse the Jews; when Allah forbade them the fat, they melted it, sold it, and consumed its price.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: After the period of cessation of revelation had passed, one day I was walking when I heard a voice from the sky. I looked up and saw, "the same angel who had come to me in the cave of Hira, sitting on a throne between the sky and the earth." Seeing this, I was overcome with intense trembling, and I went to Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) and said, "Cover me with a thick blanket." So she covered me with a blanket. On this occasion, Allah revealed this verse: «يَاأَيُّهَاالْمُدَّثِّرُ ٭ قُمْفَأَنذِرْ ٭» to the end. After that, the series of revelation began continuously.

They will be told: Go and bring out from Hell whomever you recognize. Thus, they will bring them out, and at that time their faces will have been burnt. Then they will be dipped into the River of Life, and when they come out from there, all their darkness will fall off at the bank of the river, and they will come out shining like cucumbers. After that, the noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) will intercede again. They will be told: Go and bring out from Hell anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to a qirat. Thus, they will bring out many people. Then they will intercede again, and they will be told: Go and bring out from Hell anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to a mustard seed. Thus, they will bring out many people. After that, Allah will say: Now I, with My knowledge and grace, will bring people out of Hell. Thus, a number double or triple the previous ones will be brought out of Hell, and it will be written on their necks that these are the slaves freed by Allah. Then, when they enter Paradise, they will be called "the people of Hell."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Will you give all of them the same as you are giving to him?" He said: "No." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then this is not appropriate, and I cannot be a witness to injustice."

By the One in Whose hand is my soul, I do not even know about the one who is breathing today, whether a hundred years will pass over him.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes, and every prophet has tended sheep."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) again said, "There is no harm." And he also said, "The entire plain of Arafat is a place of standing, the entire plain of Muzdalifah is a place of standing, the entire plain of Mina is a place of sacrifice, and every wide road of Makkah Mukarramah is a place of sacrifice and a path."
