It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not make your houses graveyards, for surely Satan flees from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited.

And he forbade two types of sales: (1) Mulamasa, that is, the buyer says, "You throw something towards me or I throw something towards you," and (2) the sale by throwing a stone.

I thought perhaps he was having difficulty carrying it, so I said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), please give it to me." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Abu Hurairah, take another brick, for the real life is the life of the Hereafter."

Then an elder said that I heard Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) say that once this was mentioned before the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that it is among the filthy things. Upon this, Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if indeed the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said this, then it is just as the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said.
