It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever kills someone intentionally shall be handed over to the heirs of the slain; if they wish, they may kill him in retaliation, and if they wish, they may accept blood money, which will consist of thirty Hiqqahs, thirty Jadh’ahs, and forty pregnant she-camels. This is the blood money for intentional murder. And whatever the two parties agree upon in reconciliation shall go to the heirs of the slain, and this is a severe blood money."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The blood money (diyah) for killing resembling intentional murder (shibh al-‘amd) will also be aggravated (mughallazah) like that of intentional murder (al-‘amd) (the details of which have passed in the previous hadith), except that in this case the killer will not be killed. Its example is that Satan jumps among people and, without any trial or raising of weapons, indiscriminate archery begins."
Hadith 6719
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money will be one hundred camels."
Hadith 6720

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, found a date under his side. The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ate it. Then, in the last part of the night, he, peace and blessings be upon him, became restless, upon which the noble wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, became anxious. The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, consoled her, saying: "I found a date under my side which I ate. Now I fear that it might have been a date of charity."
Hadith 6721
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer (the one who sells and the one who buys) have the option to cancel the transaction as long as they do not separate, except in the case where the matter of option has been settled. And it is not permissible for anyone to hastily separate from his companion out of fear that he might cancel the sale (terminate the transaction)."
Hadith 6722
Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) once wrote a letter to the person working on his land, instructing him not to prevent anyone from excess water, because he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever withholds excess water or excess grass from someone, Allah will withhold His grace from him on the Day of Resurrection.
Hadith 6723
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of advance payment (bay‘ al-‘arbun).
Hadith 6724
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever raises a weapon against us or lies in ambush on the road is not one of us."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Abu Tha’labah al-Khushani (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah! I have some trained dogs. Please give me a verdict regarding hunting with them.” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “If your dogs are trained, and they hunt for you, you may eat (what they catch for you).” He asked, “O Messenger of Allah! Even if I do not slaughter it?” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Yes.” He asked, “Even if the dog eats from it?” He said: “Yes!” He said, “O Messenger of Allah! Tell me about the bow.” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “With the bow (meaning the arrow), whatever you hunt, you may eat it.” He asked, “Even if I do not slaughter it?” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Yes.” He asked, “Even if it becomes hidden from my sight?” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Yes, provided (when you reach the prey) it is not spoiled, or there is no mark on it except from your arrow.” He submitted, “O Messenger of Allah! Tell me about the vessels of the Magians, when we are compelled to use them?” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “When you are compelled to use them, wash them with water, then you may cook in them.”

Similarly, if a slave contracts for one hundred dinars and pays all except ten dinars, he will still remain a slave."
Hadith 6727
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not permissible for any woman to accept a gift without the permission of her husband."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the Battle of Hunayn, when the delegation of Banu Hawazin came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I was also present there. The people of the delegation said, "O Muhammad! (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) We are people of lineage and family. Please show kindness to us, may Allah show kindness to you, and the calamity that has befallen us is not hidden from you." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Choose one from your women, children, and wealth." They said, "You have given us the choice regarding our honor and wealth; we prefer our children over wealth." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "What is for me and for Banu Abdul Muttalib will be for you. When I have finished the Zuhr prayer, then stand up and say: 'We request intercession from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) before the Muslims regarding our women and children, and from the Muslims before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).'" So they did so. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "What is for me and for Banu Abdul Muttalib is for you." The Muhajirun said, "What is for us is for the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." The Ansar also said the same. Uyaina bin Badr said, "What is for me and for Banu Fazarah is not included." Aqra bin Habis said, "I and Banu Tamim are also not included in this." Abbas bin Mirdas said, "I and Banu Sulaym are also not included in this." The people of both tribes said, "You are wrong; this is for the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O people! Return to them their women and children. Whoever wants to keep any item from the spoils of war, then from the first spoils of war that come to us, six shares from it are our responsibility." Saying this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mounted his ride, and some people clung to him and said, "Distribute the spoils of war among us," until they forced the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to take shelter under an acacia tree. Meanwhile, someone even snatched the blessed cloak of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Return my cloak to me. By Allah, if there were as many animals as the number of trees in Tihamah, I would distribute them among you, and still you would not find me miserly, cowardly, or a liar." After this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went near his camel, took a hair from its hump, held it between his index and middle finger, raised it and said: "O people! Other than the khums, I have no share in this booty, not even this hair, and the khums is also returned to you. Therefore, if anyone has taken even a needle or thread, let him return it, for betrayal in the spoils of war will be a cause of shame for the betrayer on the Day of Resurrection, a means of entering Hell, and the worst of defects." Hearing this, a man stood up who had a bunch of hair and said, "I have taken this so that I may fix the saddle of my camel." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "What is for me and for Banu Abdul Muttalib is for you as well." He said, "O Messenger of Allah! Now that it has come to this, I have no need for it," and he threw it away.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw some people arguing with each other, so he said: "The previous nations were destroyed for this very reason that they struck one part of their books against another. The Qur'an was not revealed in such a way that one part of it would belie another; rather, it confirms each other. Therefore, act upon whatever knowledge you have, and as for what you do not know, ask those who have knowledge about it."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever raises a weapon against us or lies in ambush on the road is not one of us, and whoever is killed in any other manner, it is called 'shibh-i-amd' (quasi-intentional killing), and its blood money will be aggravated (increased). However, in this case, the killer will not be killed, and it is like the sacred month in terms of sanctity and neighborliness."
Hadith 6743
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money will be one hundred camels, among which there will be thirty Bint Makhad, thirty Bint Laboon, thirty Hiqqah, and ten male Ibn Laboon."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that some people from Banu Hashim once came to the house of Sayyidah Asma bint Umais (may Allah be pleased with her). Her honorable husband, Sayyiduna Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him), also arrived. Since she was his wife, he felt displeased about this. She mentioned this to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "I saw only good (I did not see anything bad, but still I did not like it)." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah has protected them." After this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ascended the pulpit and said: "After today, no man should go alone to any woman whose husband is not present, except that there is with her one or two other men."
Hadith 6745
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever kills a dhimmi (non-Muslim under Muslim protection) will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from a distance of seventy years."

I have come to you to ask about the ruling concerning a lost camel." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It has its hoof and its water-skin with it." He asked: "What is the ruling concerning a lost goat?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Either you will take it, or your brother will take it, or a wolf will take it." He asked: "What is the ruling for one who steals a goat that is protected in its pasture?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He must pay double its value and be punished, and if it is stolen from the enclosure, then his hand should be cut off." He asked: "O Messenger of Allah! If someone steals fruit by breaking it off from the bunches, what is the ruling?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "For the fruit he has eaten secretly, nothing is due upon him, but for the fruit he takes away, he must pay double its value and be beaten and punished. And if the fruits are stolen from the place where they are being dried, and their value is at least equal to a shield, then his hand should be cut off." He asked: "O Messenger of Allah! What is the ruling concerning a treasure that we find in a deserted or inhabited area?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "One-fifth is obligatory in it and in buried treasure .

Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Nauf gathered at a certain place. Nauf said: If the heavens and the earth and all that is between them were placed on one side of the scale, and "La ilaha illallah" were placed on the other side, the latter side would outweigh the former. If the heavens and the earth and all that is in them became sheets of iron, and a man said "La ilaha illallah," then this statement would tear through all those sheets of iron and reach Allah. Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: One day, we performed the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Those who were leaving departed, and those who came later arrived. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) came in such a state that his clothes were almost lifted from his knees, and he said: "O group of Muslims, rejoice! Once, Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Nauf gathered at a certain place. Nauf said... then the narrator mentioned the entire hadith and said that Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: One day, we performed the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Those who were leaving departed, and those who came later arrived. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) came in such a state that he was out of breath. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) raised his finger and made the number twenty-nine, and pointing towards the sky, said: "O group of Muslims, rejoice! Your Lord has opened a door of the sky and is boasting about you in front of the angels, saying: 'My servants have fulfilled one obligation and are waiting for the next one.'"
Hadith 6752
The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain, however, in this one, shortness of breath is also mentioned.
Hadith 6753
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that a man asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "O Messenger of Allah! Peace and blessings be upon him, which Islam is best?" The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, replied: "That from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe."
Hadith 6754
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that whoever sends blessings upon the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, once, Allah and His angels send mercy upon him seventy times.

He said, "I heard him say that once two parties came to Sayyiduna Amr bin Al-Aas, may Allah be pleased with him, with a dispute. He judged between them, but the one against whom the decision was made became upset and went to the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and mentioned the whole incident. The Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'When a judge makes a decision with great care and correctness, he will receive tenfold reward, and if he makes a mistake despite being careful, he will receive double reward.'"
Hadith 6756
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When children reach the age of seven, command them to pray; and when they reach the age of ten, punish them if they neglect the prayer, and separate their sleeping beds. And when any one of you marries off his slave or servant, he must never look at his private parts, for the area between the navel and the knees is 'awrah (private)."
