Hadith 21041
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Ma'iz came and confessed to adultery before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) four times, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to be stoned. The narrator did not mention flogging.
Hadith 21042
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Does any one of you not fear, while raising his head during prayer, that his sight may not return to him, that it may remain raised (and not come back down)?

It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have been sent along with the Hour like this—the narrator indicated with his index and middle fingers.
Hadith 21044
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "Should I perform ablution again after eating goat meat?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "If you wish, do so; if you wish, do not." He asked, "Can I pray in sheep pens?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Yes." The questioner asked, "Should I perform ablution again after eating camel meat?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Yes." He asked, "Can I pray in camel pens?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "No."
Hadith 21045
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This religion will always remain established, and a group will continue to fight for it until the Day of Resurrection comes.
Hadith 21046
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that Allah Almighty has named Madinah Munawwarah as "Tābah".
Hadith 21047
حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا
شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ
سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ
جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
" يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ بِ اللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَى سورة الليل آية 1 ، وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ ، وَفِي الصُّبْحِ أَطْوَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite Surah Al-Lail in the Zuhr prayer, and in the Asr prayer he would recite similar surahs, but in the Fajr prayer he would recite longer surahs than these.
Hadith 21048
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the Zuhr and Asr prayers, he used to recite "By the sky, having constellations" (Al-Buruj), "By the sky and the night-comer" (At-Tariq), and similar surahs.

It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that Allah has named Madinah Munawwarah as "Taba".
Hadith 21050
حَدَّثَنَا
عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ أَبُو حَفْصٍ ، عَنْ
سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ
جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " يَكُونُ بَعْدِي اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَمِيرًا " ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ تَكَلَّمَ فَخَفِيَ عَلَيَّ مَا قَالَ ، قَالَ : فَسَأَلْتُ بَعْضَ الْقَوْمِ ، أَوْ الَّذِي يَلِينِي مَا قَالَ ؟ قَالَ :
" كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying during the Farewell Pilgrimage that this religion will always prevail over its opponents; no one who opposes or separates from it will be able to harm it, until twelve caliphs have passed in my Ummah. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said something which I did not understand. I asked my father what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had said. He replied that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: All of them will be from the Quraysh.
Hadith 21051
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivering the sermon only while standing.
