Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12521 — Those who said there is no vow
١٢٥٢١ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير وأبو أسامة عن عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن طلحة بن عبد الملك (١) عن القاسم بن محمد عن عائشة عن النبي ﷺ قال: "من نذر أن (يطيع) (٢) اللَّه فليطعه ومن نذر أن يعصي اللَّه فلا يعصه" (٣).
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Allah; and whoever vows to disobey Allah, let him not disobey Allah."
