I have grown old, so tell me of a deed I can do while sitting." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Glorify Allah (say Subhan Allah) one hundred times, for that is equal to freeing one hundred slaves from the descendants of Isma'il (peace be upon him); and praise Allah (say Alhamdu lillah) one hundred times, for that is equal to one hundred saddled and bridled horses on which you mount riders in the path of Allah; and magnify Allah (say Allahu Akbar) one hundred times, for that is equal to one hundred accepted sacrificial camels; and declare the oneness of Allah (say La ilaha illa Allah) one hundred times, for it fills all that is between the heaven and the earth. And no one's deed is raised up better than it, except for one who does the like of what you have done."
