حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَذُوعِيُّ، ثنا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: «كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ يَأْخُذُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَّا عَلَى حِدَتِهِ»
Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and I used to take a ritual bath (ghusl) from a single vessel, each of us taking (water) separately."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْخَشَّابُ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَصَابَنِي حِيَضٌ فَخَرَجْتُ مِنَ الْفِرَاشِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اتَّزَرِي وَعُودِي»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) when my menstruation came, so I got up from the bed. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tie on a waist-wrapper (izar) and come back."
