It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Habib al-Anbari (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) seeking his help against a debtor of his. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Stay close to him." Later, he (peace and blessings be upon him) met him and said: "O brother of Banu al-Anbar, what has become of your captive?"

Sayyiduna Abu Habib al-Anbari (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I brought a debtor to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Stay close to him." Then, in the last part of the day, he (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by him and said: "O brother of Banu al-Anbar, what do you intend to do with your captive?" At that time the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was admonishing the people from the pulpit. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) came down to my grandfather, passed his hand over his face, took off a suit of his clothing and put it on him.
