حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ، قَالَ: عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ، قَالَ: عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَمَلَ غُلَامًا مِنْ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، وَابْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mounted a boy from Banu Hashim and Ibn Ja'far on a camel.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ تُلُقِّيَ بِصِبْيَانِ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ، وَأَنَّهُ قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ فَسُبِقَ بِي إِلَيْهِ فَحَمَلَنِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، ثُمَّ جِيءَ بِأَحَدِ ابْنَيْ فَاطِمَةَ فَحَمَلَهُ خَلْفَهُ، فَدَخَلْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ وَنَحْنُ ثَلَاثَةٌ عَلَى دَابَّةٍ» .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with them both) relates that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) returned from a journey, the children of his household would come out to receive him. Once he (peace and blessings be upon him) returned from a journey, and I was sent to him ahead of the others, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) seated me in front of him. Then one of the two sons of Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) was brought, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) seated him behind him. Then we entered Madinah, three of us on one mount.
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النُّمَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الْأَحْوَلُ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ
Something similar to this hadith is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with them both) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الدُّولَابِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَمَلَ غُلَامًا مِنْ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ عَلَى دَابَّةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mounted a boy from Banu Hashim on a riding animal.
