حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَا بُعِثَ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ، وَلَا كَانَ بَعْدَهُ خَلِيفَةٌ، إِلَّا كَانَ لَهُ بِطَانَتَانِ: بِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَاهُ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، وَبِطَانَةٌ لَا تَأْلُوهُ خَبَالًا، فَمَنْ وُقِيَ بِطَانَةَ السُّوءِ فَقَدْ وُقِيَ "
Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "No prophet was sent, nor was there any caliph after him, except that he had two close circles: a circle that commands him to do good and forbids him from evil, and a circle that spares no effort in ruining him. So whoever is protected from the evil circle has been protected (from harm)."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ السَّقَطِيُّ، ثنا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ الْوَازِعِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ هَهُنَا قَوْمًا يَجْهَرُونَ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ النَّهَارِ، فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَفَلَا تَرْمُونَهُمْ بِالْبَعْرِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him): It was said: O Messenger of Allah, there are some people here who recite aloud in the daytime prayer. the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them: "Do you not pelt them with dung?"
