Abu Salamah bin Abd al-Rahman narrates from Hamzah bin Amr al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the people of the tribe of Aslam: "O children of Isma'il, shoot arrows, for your father (Isma'il, peace be upon him) was an archer." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "And I am with Mihjan bin al-Adra'." At this the people held back. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What is the matter with you?" They said: "Whoever you are with will surely prevail." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then shoot, and I am with all of you."
