Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9797 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ ضُرَيْسٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا شَكَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَكْتُوبَةِ فَلْيَتَحَرَّ ثُمَّ يَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When one of you has a doubt in an obligatory prayer, let him seek out (what is correct), then perform the two prostrations of forgetfulness (sahw)."
