Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 9655 — he said: In this Ummah it is not lawful

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ فِي هَذِهِ الْأَمَةِ التَّجْرِيدُ، وَلَا مَدٌّ، وَلَا غَلٌّ، وَلَا صَفْدٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "In this Ummah it is not lawful (during the prescribed punishment) to strip a person naked, to stretch him out, to put a collar on him, or to put him in fetters."
