حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، قَالَ: «كَانَتْ صَلَاةُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَا يَتْرُكُ أَرْبَعًا قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ، وَاثْنَتَيْنِ بَعْدَهَا، وَاثْنَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ، وَاثْنَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ، وَاثْنَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ»
Abu Ubaydah narrates that the prayer which Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) never abandoned was as follows: four rak'ahs before Zuhr, two after it, two after Maghrib, two after Isha, and two rak'ahs before Fajr.
