Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 7209 — The Prophet ﷺ saw a man who had let

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ، أَوْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ - كَذَلِكَ كَانَ يَشُكُّ سُفْيَانُ - عَنِ الشَّرِيدِ، قَالَ: بَصُرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلًا قَدْ أَسْبَلَ إِزَارَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ارْفَعْ إِزَارَكَ» فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي أَحْنَفُ يَصْطَكُّ رُكْبَتَايَ، قَالَ: «ارْفَعْ إِزَارَكَ، وَكُلُّ خَلْقِ اللهِ حَسَنٌ» , فَمَا رُؤِيَ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا وَإِزَارُهُ إِلَى نِصْفِ سَاقَيْهِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Sharid (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man who had let his lower garment hang down, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Raise your lower garment." The man said: O Messenger of Allah! I am bow-legged; my knees knock against each other. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Raise your lower garment; everything Allah has created is good." After that, that man was never seen except that his lower garment reached halfway down his shins.
