Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6812 — the Prophet of Allah ﷺ said: Whichever

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الدَّقِيقِيُّ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَنْكَحَهَا وَلِيَّانِ جَمِيعًا فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ جَمِيعًا فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whichever woman both guardians marry off (separately), she belongs to the first of them, and whichever man sells one item to both men (separately), it belongs to the first of them."
