Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6811 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَزَّازُ، ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، ثنا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا نُكِحَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ زَوْجَيْنِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a woman is married to two husbands, she belongs to the first of them, and when an item is sold to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
