Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6813 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When two

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَبَلَةَ، ثنا سَلَّامُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا نَكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When two guardians conclude a marriage, she belongs to the first of them, and when two authorized agents sell (an item), it belongs to the first of them."
