Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6797 — the Prophet ﷺ said: A boy is held

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، وَابْنُ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْغُلَامُ مُرْتَهَنٌ بِعَقِيقَتِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A boy is held in pledge for his aqiqah."
