حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، ثنا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي جَرِيرٍ، أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتَيْبَةَ، وَعِيسَى بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، حَدَّثَاهُ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى حَدَّثَهُمَا، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنِ اشْتَرَى نَاقَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Layla (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys a she-camel whose udder was tied up (to retain milk) before the sale, then if he dislikes her, let him return her along with a sa' of dates."
