سلمة بن صخر البياضي الأنصاري
Salamah bin Sakhr al-Bayadi al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6301 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave him
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهَوَيْهِ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ صَخْرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْطَاهُ مِكْتَلًا فِيهِ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ صَاعًا، فَقَالَ: «أَطْعِمْهُ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا، لِكُلِّ مِسْكِينٍ مُدٌّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salman bin Sakhr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave him a basket containing fifteen sa' and said: "Feed it to sixty poor people, a mudd for each poor person."
