سلمان بن عامر الضبي رضي الله عنه كان ينزل البصرة وبها مات
Salman bin Amir al-Dabbi (may Allah be pleased with him), who lived in Basrah and died there
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 6182 — from Sayyiduna Salman bin Amir al-Dabbi
حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثنا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا غَالِبُ بْنُ قُرَّانَ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عِيسَى أَبُو نَعَامَةَ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ الرَّائِحِ بِنْتِ صُلَيْعٍ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مِثْلَهُ
A similar hadith is also narrated from Sayyiduna Salman bin Amir al-Dabbi (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
