حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيَّبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنَ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا، مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ، سُهَيْلُ بْنُ رَافِعِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو وَكَانَ لَهُ وَلِأَخِيهِ مَسْجِدُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِرْبَدًا»
Ibn Shihab (may Allah have mercy on him), listing the names of those who were present at Badr, said: From the Ansar, then from Banu al-Najjar: Suhayl bin Rafi' bin Abi Amr; the site of the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had been a yard for drying dates belonging to him and his brother.
