حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُسَيَّبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُلَيْحٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، «فِي تَسْمِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا، مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ، سُهَيْلُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ لَا عَقِبَ»
Ibn Shihab (may Allah have mercy on him), listing the names of those who were present at Badr, said: From the Ansar, then from Banu al-Najjar: Suhayl bin Ubayd bin al-Nu'man; he had no descendants.
