Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunayf narrates from his father, who said: I entered al-Kharrar and was bathing, when Amir bin Rabi'ah said: I have never seen such a form and complexion as today; it is as if it were the form of a secluded maiden. The narrator says: Something immediately struck me and I came down with fever. This was mentioned to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Why would one of you kill his brother? When something in his brother pleases him, he should pray for blessing for him." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered (Amir) to wash his face, his hands, the edge of his lower garment and his knees; then he drank some of that water and poured the rest over me, and I set off with the people.
