حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ فَسَأَلَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ لَحْمِ صَيْدِ أُهْدِيَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَرَدَّهُ، وَقَالَ: «إِنَّا حُرُمٌ»
Tawus narrates that Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Sayyiduna Zayd bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) came, and Ibn Abbas asked him about the game meat that was gifted to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was in the state of ihram, and he told him that he (peace and blessings be upon him) returned it and said: "We are in ihram."
