عبد الله بن يزيد الخطمي، عن زيد بن ثابت
Abdullah bin Yazid al-Khatmi (may Allah be pleased with him) from Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4789 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: O Zayd!

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَذُوعِيُّ الْقَاضِي، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْيَمَانِ، ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا زَيْدُ، أَعْطِ زَكَاةَ رَأْسِكَ مَعَ النَّاسِ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ إِلَّا صَاعًا مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Zayd! Pay the zakah for your head (that is, for your own person) along with the people, even if you find nothing but a single sa' of wheat."
