Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4773 — Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit said

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيُّ، ثنا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: نَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قِبَلَ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ» وَنَظَرَ قِبَلَ الْعِرَاقِ فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ» وَنَظَرَ قِبَلَ الشَّامِ فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ أَقْبِلْ بِقُلُوبِهِمْ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَمُدِّنَا»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) looked towards Yemen and said: "O Allah, turn their hearts (towards us)." Then he looked towards Iraq and said: "O Allah, turn their hearts (towards us)." Then he looked towards Syria and said: "O Allah, turn their hearts (towards us), and bless us in our sa' and our mudd."
