حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ حَنَشًا الصَّنْعَانِيَّ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَرْكَبُ دَابَّةً مِنَ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى إِذَا أَنْقَضَهَا رَدَّهَا فِي الْمَغَانِمِ، وَلَا ثَوْبًا يَلْبَسُهُ حَتَّى إِذَا خَلُقَ رَدَّهُ فِي الْمَغَانِمِ»
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَسْقِي مَاءَهُ وَلَدَ غَيْرِهِ»
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَسْقِي مَاءَهُ وَلَدَ غَيْرِهِ»
Rabi'ah bin Abi Sulaym al-Tujibi (may Allah have mercy on him) heard Hanash al-San'ani narrating from Sayyiduna Ruwayfi' bin Thabit al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day must not use a mount from the spoils of war in such a way that, when he has made it emaciated, he returns it to the spoils, nor wear a garment in such a way that, when it has become worn out, he returns it to the spoils."
And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day must not give his water to another man's child."
