Muhammad bin Sirin from Rafi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4432 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade renting

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الشُّعَيْثِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ كَرْيِ الْأَرْضِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade renting out land.
