Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4431 — the Prophet ﷺ passed by some crops

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by some crops and said: "Whose crop is this?" The people said: It belongs to so-and-so, and the land belongs to so-and-so. So he (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that and said: "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it himself or give it to his brother."
