حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقِصْرِيُّ بِقَصْرِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو خُلَيْدٍ عُتْبَةُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا ابْنُ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ كَرْيِ الْمَزَارِعِ»
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates through Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) from Sayyiduna Rafi' bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade renting out farmland.
