Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 4197 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Dhu'ayb al-Khuza'i (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a sacrificial camel with him and said: "If any of it becomes injured and you fear that it will die, then slaughter it, then dip its sandal in its blood and strike its side with it. Neither you nor any of your companions should eat from it; rather, distribute it."
