حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، قَالَا: «أَنْكَحَ خِذَامٌ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِي كَارِهَةٌ رَجُلًا وَهِي ثَيِّبٌ، فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا»
Abd al-Rahman and Mujamma', the two sons of Yazid bin Jariyah, relate: Khidham married off his daughter to a man while she was unwilling and was a thayyib (previously married). So she came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and mentioned that to him, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) annulled her marriage.
