شريح بن عبيد الحضرمي عن أبي مالك
Shurayh bin Ubayd al-Hadrami from Abu Malik (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3425 — he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ نَجْدَةَ الْحَوْطِيُّ، وَأَبُو زَيْدٍ الْحَوْطِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيَّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «حُلْوَةُ الدُّنْيَا مُرَّةُ الْآخِرَةِ، وَمُرَّةُ الْآخِرَةِ حُلْوَةُ الدُّنْيَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Malik al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The sweetness of this world is the bitterness of the Hereafter, and the bitterness of the Hereafter is the sweetness of this world."
